I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending British Carpet Co. The carpet itself is beautiful – beautiful to look at and also to feel under your feet. The texture and colours are stunning. It doesn’t look like your ‘run of the mill’ type of floor covering. It was worth the wait. The service was exceptional also. Wayne was great to deal with, knowledgeable and very relaxed, not at all pushy. The carpet layers were polite, obliging and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving the job. There was obviously a very good relationship between the carpet layers and Wayne – you are not dealing with a ‘random’ subcontractor. 5 star service and product.
