Ingenious design distinguishes Johansen, which combines multiple layers of pattern in a Kara-Loc® weave. It all begins with a striped field of woven loops, which are tip-sheared with a secondary pattern of climbing vines. The combination gives the carpet a wonderful damask quality that is enhanced by the natural beauty of pure New Zealand wool. Johansen is colored in a soft palette of shades that it shares with Normanton, a handsome wool coordinate.
